"Easy to Book and Screen Reader Friendly"
I had a good feeling about the site quickly. Booking was simple, and it worked fine with my screen reader. The menus felt clear and easy to follow, so I didn’t run into any real issues

"Helpful and easy to deal with"
I had to call to change our booking and the lady I spoke with was genuinely lovely. She explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me at all, and had it sorted within a few minutes. It sounds like a small thing, but when plans change it can be stressful, so having someone actually answer, listen, and help made a big difference. Really appreciated the experience.

"Easy Little Riverboat Trip with the Kids"
We took the kids on the riverboat and it ended up being such a nice little outing. I wasn’t totally sure how it would go because kids plus stroller stuff can either be fine or a whole thing, you know, but it was actually super easy. The staff were really chill and helped us all get seated together, which I appreciated more than I expected. The kids had a really good time, and the ride wasn’t too long, so nobody got restless or bored. Just a relaxed, easy family trip and I’m glad we did it

"Easy drinks, good vibes"
Drink service was really good. We barely waited at all, and the bartender was super friendly. Our drinks stayed cold the whole time we were cruising too, which sounds simple but it defintely made the trip feel nicer

"Fun night out on the water"
Went to a special event here with a few friends we had a good time. The boat was clean, the staff was friendly, and the views were easily the highlight of the night. The food was fine — nothing I’d rave about, but decent enough for what we paid. It was a little crowded at the beginning, and boarding definitely took longer than we expected, so that was kind of annoying. But once we got going, it turned into a really fun night. I’d probably do it again.

I really enjoyed it, especially the captain’s stories, they were the best part. He’d start explaining something and then jump into another little story, and it made the whole experience feel really fun and personal.

"Pretty smooth check-in Overall"
Check-in was super quick, and the staff just pointed us Where to go without making it complicated. Boarding did have a bit of waiting around, but it felt Organized enough and wasn’t too stressful. I do wish they’d given a little more clear info while we were standing in line, but it all went fine

"Really nice, relaxed boat experience"
I was a little worried it might be too crowded, but it ended up being just right. There were enough people to make it feel lively and fun, but we still had plenty of room to move around and take photos without standing around forever. Boarding was easy and smooth too. Overall, it was a super relaxed time on the boat and I’d definitely recommend it.

"Really enjoyable evening on the boat"
I had a really nice time on this boat ride. The live entertainment was fun without being too loud or overwhelming, which I really appreciated. The singers did a great job keeping everyone in a good mood, and the whole evening felt relaxed and easy to enjoy. For me, it was a great way to spend a night in Savannah, and I’d definitely say it was worth doing.

"Really handled the iffy weather well"
The weather was questionable that day, but they did a great job keeping everyone in the loop. It never felt confusing or stressful, which made the whole trip feel safe and relaxed. Any mix-ups could’ve been avoidable with poor communication, but they stayed on top of it the whole time. Really appreciated how they handled everything...

"Better Than Expected, Mostly"
I was kind of surprised by the restrooms on the boat. They were cleaner than I thought they’d be, which was a relief. I mean, not spotless or anything fancy, but there was soap, toilet paper, and it didn’t have that awful bathroom smell, so I’ll take it. Toward the end it got a bit crowded and slightly annoying, but whatever, it was still fine overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

"The boat left right when they said it..."
The boat left right when they said it would and got back on time too, which is all you can really ask for. Nobody wants to stand around guessing what’s going on, so it was nice that everything ran the way it should. Simple, easy, and pretty much exactly as scheduled. I’d book again.

"Fun Overall, Even If the Drinks Were Pricey"
I’ll admit, I had a good time. The ride was fun and the price felt fair, so it was hard to complain too much. The drinks were a bit more expensive than I expected, which was annoying, but overall it was still a decent experience.

The river was pretty, don’t get me wrong. At first I was like, okay, this is actually really nice. But after a while, I found myself thinking, wait… is this basically the same view over and over? It just got a little boring faster than I expected.

We had a great time on this boat tour. The boat was clean, booking was super easy, and our guide shared a lot of Savannah history without making it feel like a lecture. I’d definitely go again with family. Did anyone else have the same issue where the tour felt like it went by way too fast?
